KINKYA CONTRACTORS is a sole proprietorship established in 2007. The company initially operated as a domestic subcontractor on projects along the Coast region, particularly in Mombasa. Its early scope of work focused on residential renovations and extensions for private clients.
Subsequently, the company was subcontracted to undertake the roofing works for Canon Towers in Mombasa, marking a significant milestone in its portfolio. Following this, KINKYA CONTRACTORS was awarded a contract by Mr. Golini Rilievo for the construction of tented cottages in Kwale. This project led to the company’s strategic relocation to the South Coast of Mombasa to better support its expanding operations.

Since its establishment in 2007, the company has successfully carried out and completed the following projects.
Although KINKYA CONTRACTORS was engaged as a subcontractor for most of the works, the main contractor largely delegated full execution responsibility to KINKYA CONTRACTORS. As such, the company was responsible for the provision of all labour, materials, and resources required for the successful completion of the works.
